At FYNCLUB we always make sure that every single user has the best experience and get the

products that they are looking for. We understood how much you value your purchase, but

in the rare cases that you are not satisfied with the product, you can initiate return within

10  days of delivery and pick up the product and initiate your refund within 6-7 working days.

Items that have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full

price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.

• If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at

customerservices@fynclub.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the

material within 10 Days of delivery.

• We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you

wish to.

• At Fynclub each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer

but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full amount.

We will get back to you with the return packing slip and pickup arrangements in 24-72

hours. (if the pickup is not available at your Pincode then please send the package back to us

and we will reimburse up to INR 100/- as the courier charges).


                         When Return is not possible


• Return request is made after the mentioned time period i.e. 10 days of the delivery.

• The product got damaged while using or the product is not as delivered.

• The product is tampered with missing the Order Id.


                                      Refund Policy


Once the return has been placed, it takes 4 to 5 working days to pick up the product back

from your delivery address. After the product received at our warehouse, the refund gets


initiated in the next 7 working days and the amount will be credited in your given bank

account.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel the order, kindly send us an email at customerservices@fynclub.com

within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Friday.

Please note that some of the products are shipped immediately and it may not be possible

to cancel the order.
